EXERCISE is an important part of being healthy, achieving your ideal weight and feeling great!

4 DAYS A WEEK EXERCISE

The health benefits of exercise are numerous and couple with good nutrition, exercise plays a significant role in weight loss and disease prevention.  Other than the obvious physiological benefits, exercise and physical activity are a great way to improve mental, emotional, and social well being not to mention, it can be lots of fun! 

 

As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity on most days of the week. The Ready 4D Road Challenge requires you to exercise a minimum of 4 days a week.  Whether you go to a Zumba® class, exercise at home, or at your local fitness center or gym, we have the plan for you! Remember to check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you haven't exercised for a long time, have chronic health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes or arthritis, or you have any concerns.
