LEARN HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY CHANGES WITH HANDS ON SUPPORT. THE 4 DISCOVERIES INCLUDE 2 WORKOUTS, A COOKING DEMO, AND A GROCERY STORE TOUR.

CALORIE MEAL PLAN AND IMPLEMENT THE DIETARY CHANGES SUCH AS PORTION CONTROL, CHANGE IN PREPARATION, TRADING-OFF AND TRACKING MEALS AND SNACKS.

EXERCISE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS A WEEK. FOLLOW THE DOWNLOADABLE WORKOUT PLANS.WHETHER YOU LIKE TO ATTEND ZUMBA CLASS, WORKOUT AT HOME, OR FITNESS CENTER, YOU WILL HAVE NO EXCUSE BUT TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
